Expert: no breakthrough in Karabakh settlement after OSCE MG visits

PanARMENIAN.Net - Current regional visits of the OSCE Minsk Group haven’t yielded any results; the conflict will remain at a standstill, unless the Nagorno Karabakh Republic becomes involved in the settlement negotiations, a political analyst said.

In a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Alexander Tsinker didn’t rule out a possible meeting between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan. “There’s no alternative to peace talks,” the expert said. “It’s either negotiations or a war,” he concluded.
