 Minister: oligarchy must be on good terms with authorities May 22, 2013 - 20:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Oligarchy must be in good terms with the ruling authorities to be able to survive, Minister of Transport and Communications said. At May 22 press conference, Gagik Beglaryan ruled out oligarchy’s impact on the authorities. Dwelling on Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan’s viewpoint stressing the need for ideological revolution, Minister Beglaryan underscored the necessity for shift of individual approach towards work. As for the hike in gas prices, Minister Beglaryan said the rise will also affect the transportation.
