The monitoring was held near Talish settlement in NKR Martakert region. No incidents or breaks of the cease-fire regime were registered. Field assistants of the personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Peter Kii and Zhiri Aberle monitored the situation from the Azeri side.
