Armenian, Russian FMs discuss security issues in South Caucasus![]() May 27, 2013 - 13:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met on May 27 with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov as part of his visit to Bishkek. According to Russian foreign ministry’s press service, the meeting focused on the bilateral relations and international issues, as well as preservation of security and stability in the South Caucasus region. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington. The CSTO budget for the current year requires adjustments due to the refusal of Yerevan to pay their share of contributions. Six total incidents have burned 19 old-growth trees. Friday night 8 trees were torched along the beautiful main entrance.
