Arthur Baghdasaryan stressed the need to develop a joint hail damage protection systems to operate as part of ministry of emergency situations. “These are institutional measures that will offer a solution to the problem,” he said, adding that they submitted a program to the government stressing the necessity of introduction of an agricultural insurance system “We will address the problem.
