RA FM Rated London Talks as Positive

PanARMENIAN.Net - "The precise date and place of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev will be announced in the near future," Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian stated. He also informed that French President Jacques Chirac has personally sent invitations to the leaders of both states. He noted that the Kocharian-Aliyev meeting will take place within 10 days. "The French party will announce of the precise date and place of the meeting," Vartan Oskanian added. The Armenian Minister rated the two-day talks with Azeri FM Elmar Mammadyarov as positive noting however that difficulties still exist. In his words, the parties discussed a half-page working document that can be characterized as regulations for talks.
