 NKR President visits Armenia's Emergency Situations Ministry May 31, 2013 - 17:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited Armenian Ministry for Emergency Situations where he was briefed about the activity of the structure, its technical equipment, further attending training exercises. President Sahakyan met with Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsyan and the Ministry’s senior staff to discuss cooperation. Adviser to the NKR President Armen Isagulov, director of the rescue service Arthur Haroutyunyan partook in the meeting, Central Information Department at NKR President’s Office reported. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
