"We cannot attend to the issue until we receive a reply to the proposal on formation of a joint commission of historians made 11 months ago," he said. It should be reminded that April 26 Armenian President Robert Kocharian replied to Recep Tayyip Erdogan's letter and proposed to form a bilateral commission for the discussion and settlement of all the problems available. Yigit Alpogan said that the opinion on the absence of any relations between Armenia and turkey is erroneous.
