Weather Upset Monitoring at Armenian and Azerbaijani Contact Line

PanARMENIAN.Net - The regular OSCE monitoring at the contact line of the Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces' contact line was postponed over unfavorable weather conditions. The OSCE monitoring was supposed to be held in the environs of the Azeri town of Ghazakh and the Armenian town of Ijevan. Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk had to conduct the monitoring from the Azeri side.
