 Heritage rep. offers to hold hearings on Armenian-Turkish protocols June 10, 2013 - 13:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 10, Heritage party’s parliamentary group member Zaruhi Postanjyan asked National Assembly speaker Hovik Abrahamyan whether the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) held any consultations on Armenian-Turkish protocols. Mr. Abrahamyan gave negative answer, adding that the issue was within the president’s authorities. Heritage representative Ruben Hakobyan, in turn, offered to hold parliamentary hearings on the protocols. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
