  Artsakh President signs several laws June 14, 2013 - 16:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 14, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed laws on making amendments to the NKR laws "On Civil Status Acts", "On State Registration of the Legal Person”, “Code of Criminal Proceedings”, “On Local Self-Government”, "On Energy", "On Approval of the 2012 Annual Report on the Realization of State Property Privatization Program in 2010-2012", “On putting into operation in the NKR the 2004 RA Labor Code”, "On Social Security Cards" to be lapsed, on making changes and an amendment to the NKR law “On Social Security of Army Servicemen and their Family Members” and the NKR laws on making a change and an amendment to the law “On the NKR Rescue Service", Central Information Department at NKR President's Office reported.
