Disney’s Hans Christian Anderson story adaptation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Disney has debuted a teaser trailer for its upcoming kids-friendly pic "Frozen (2013)". Short but hilarious, the video previews a unique sight of a reindeer who battles with a snowman for a carrot belonging to the snowman. It later turns out that the reindeer actually intends to bring it back to him, who then pets the big-size animal as a thank-you, AceShowbiz said.

The animated feature follows fearless Anna, who teams up with extreme mountain man Kristoff and his reindeer Sven to find her sister Elsa, the Snow Queen, and put an end to her icy spell, caused by a prophecy. Encountering mystical trolls, a funny snowman named Olaf, Everest-like extremes and magic at every turn, the two are in a race to save the kingdom from destruction.

Taking on the role as optimist Anna is Kristen Bell, who is joined by Jonathan Groff who voices Kristoff. Idina Manzel and Josh Gad are included in the cast as well to voice Elsa and snowman Olaf respectively.

Jennifer Lee serves as writer and co-director alongside Chris Buck, who directed 1999's "Tarzan". The film itself is a big-screen adaptation of Hans Christian Anderson's story of the same name.

"Frozen" will be out in theaters across the United States on November 27.
