OSCE MG co-chairing countries' leaders issue statement on Karabakh![]() June 18, 2013 - 18:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group on Karabakh conflict settlement - Russia, the U.S. and France – issued a statement, expressing regret over the inability of the conflicting sites to resolve the issue through negotiations, RIA Novosti reported. In the statement, the co-chairs noted further delay in achievement of a balanced framework agreement as unacceptable, urging the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan to focus on resolving the pending issues. The statement called for the conflicting parties to confirm adherence to Helsinki Principles, stipulating for non-sue of force, territorial integrity and people’s right for self-determination. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
