Actions like those violate basic principles of tolerance and peaceful co-existence of peoples,» says the message of the Holy Synod, which also accused «the superpowers and international organization in being passive and inefficient in defending human rights of vulnerable peoples.»Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
