Energy Minister confirms talks on sale of 20% Armenian shares to GazpromJune 19, 2013 - 18:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - RA Energy Minister said that negotiations are in progress for sale of 20% of Armenian shares in ArmRusgasprom to Russian giant Gazprom. As Armen Movsesyan told journalists in parliament, the talks will be completed by yearend, with no decision taken at present. At a June 17 meeting, Gazprom chief Aleksei Miller and Movsisyan discussed the possibility of increasing the Russian gas giant's share in ArmRusgasprom to 100% up from current 80%. The parties also focused on cooperation in the gas sector , Gazprom's participation in Armenia's energy projects and pricing policy.
