The Program is based on proposals received from all ministries and departments. According to it, the One Nation, One Culture Second All-Armenian Festival and Second All-Armenian Conference of Parliamentary Friendship will be held in June. The Fourth All-Armenian Youth Conference, Golden Apricot Third International Festival and Second Forum on Education will be held in July. Courses of retraining Armenian teachers from the Diaspora will be organized in August.
