Peter Semneby Appointed EU Special Representative for South Caucasus

PanARMENIAN.Net - Swedish diplomat Peter Semneby was appointed EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus. During the recent years Peter Semneby headed the OSCE Missions to Croatia and Latvia. To remind, the decision on establishing the institute of EU special representative for the South Caucasus was taken in July 2003. Finnish diplomat Heikki Talvitie was the first to occupy the post, Mediamax reported.
