Giving a high estimate to the current level of the Armenian-Bulgarian relations the Armenian Minister noted Armenia's intention to strengthen bilateral relations with Bulgaria and deepen cooperation in all the fields including transport cooperation within the European system. In the context of European integration Vartan Oskanian and Georgi Pirinski marked out the memorandum signed between Armenia and Bulgaria in 2005. Besides, they touched upon some regional issues including the Armenian-Turkish relations. Vartan Oskanian also briefed to Georgi Pirinski on the outcomes of the negotiation of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.
