"Unfortunately not everything went on smoothly at the Rambouillet meeting of presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan. Owing to that the question of Karabakh direct participation in the talks is not on the current agenda. However, it is included in the agenda of discussion of the overall spectrum of issues over the Karabakh settlement and it will become inevitable from a certain moment," the FM added.
