Armenia and Bulgaria Activate Political Dialogue

PanARMENIAN.Net - «Armenian-Bulgarian relations develop effectively and political dialogue between two countries is at a deserving level,» stated Armenian Parliament Speaker Artur Baghdassaryan at a joint news conference with chair of the People's Assembly of Bulgaria Georgi Pirinski. In Baghdassaryan's words, the bilateral relations are friendly. Mutual high-level visits promote discussion of political questions, he added. «We decided to activate political dialogue,» Baghdassaryan remarked. In his words, during the talks with Georgi Pirinski it is agreed to activate dialogue between the parliaments and arrange a respective agreement. Discussion of transport communication issues will be held under the auspices of Parliaments of Armenia and Bulgaria, the Armenian Speaker informed. Specifically, the running of Kavkaz-Poti-Varna ferry line has applied importance both for Armenia and the region as a whole. «A tripartite agreement on cooperation between Armenia, Georgia and Bulgaria is already signed and we consider important to discuss opportunities to create new transport centers at the political level,» Baghdassaryan said.
