The editorial board decided to dismiss Roman Temnikov. To remind, representative of "Peace, Democracy, Culture" organization, head of the political department of Observer Baku-based weekly Roman Temnikov visited Stepanakert by invitation of "Hayk's Generation" organization within the framework of "Our Home Caucasus" project. As reported by Karabakh Online, Temnikov said he has visited the republic for the first time and the impressions are good. "You have managed to reconstruct the city after the war.
