 Swiss official: Karabakh conflict unsettlement is a failure July 1, 2013 - 21:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Switzerland will pay serious attention to the resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh confict during its chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Filippo Lombardi, President of the Swiss Council of States, said after meeting Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov in Baku. “The inability to settle the Karabakh conflict during 20 years is a failure,” Lombardi said, quoted by Trend news agency. “Next year, Switzerland will hold chairmanship of the OSCE while Azerbaijan will preside in the Council of Europe. We have discussed cooperation possibilities during the meeting with the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister,” he said.
