Swiss FM Suggests Armenian and Azeri Presidents to Meet in Geneva

PanARMENIAN.Net - Switzerland is ready to organize a meeting between Armenian and Azeri Presidents, Swiss Federal Councilor Micheline Calmy-Rey stated in Baku after a meeting with Azeri FM Elmar Mammadyarov. "As an OSCE Minsk Group member Switzerland supports settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict on the basis of international norms and principles," she said. "We are ready to provide for conditions to hold talks between Presidents of the parties to conflict in Geneva," Calmy-Rey said.
