KARABAKH TALKS RULE OUT TERRITORIAL EXCHANGE BETWEEN ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN

As stated by Robert Kocharian, one can expect activation of the negotiation process after the presidential elections in Azerbaijan planned this October.
