Karabakh President speaks at all-army command staff muster

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan delivered a speech at the planned all-army command staff muster on Monday, July 15.

In his speech, the Commander-in-Chief of the Artsakh Armed Forces stressed the army building as one of the key directions of the state's activity, noting that the independent Armenian statehood and its secure future would be unimaginable without strong armed forces.

Bako Sahakyan noted that with that everything possible was and will be done for raising the fighting capability of the armed forces, modernization of its technical equipment, maintaining the unshakable spirit of the army, ameliorating social and living conditions of the Fatherland’s defenders.

The Artsakh leader gave relevant instructions to the top commanding staff of the armed forces for proper organization of the muster, the Central Information Department at NKR President’s Office reported.
