  FM, EU Special Rep. talk Karabakh conflict settlement July 18, 2013 - 15:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with the European Union Special Representative (EUSR) for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Philippe Lefort. At the meeting, the parties focused on the Karabakh conflict, stressing the importance of the OSCE Minsk Group mediation efforts in promoting peaceful settlement of the issue.
