It will be called Genocide Research and Prevention, says a released received from Zoryan Institute, Canada. The journal mission is to understand the nature of genocide, enhance its realization in the mankind and encourage all means aimed at its prevention. The edition will publish comparative research on the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey, genocides in Namibia, Cambodia, Russia, etc. According to some historians, over 100 million people fell victim of those genocides. Professors of North Arizona, Virginia, Minnesota, Arkansas universities, who are criminal law, political science and sociology specialists, are among the journal editors.The International Association of Genocide Scholars was founded in 1994 for profound research of the link between human rights violations and genocides. The Association convenes 1 or 2 times a year. Membership is open to anyone. The International Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies is part of the Zoryan Institute, while the Toronto Publishers is the largest and well-known scientific publishing house in Canada, founded in 1901. It issues 150 academic researches annually and 35 periodicals in policy, economics, philosophy, law, historiography and fine arts.
