When answering on a question on the US Administration stance over the Armenian Genocide in the light of the fact that PBS planed to provide a one-hour documentary, titled "The Armenian Genocide" and produced by Andrew Goldberg, to its nationwide affiliates on April 17th, followed by a panel discussion, which would feature outspoken genocide deniers, A. Ereli said, «I think you know our stance on the genocide issue, which was very clear. You can turn to previous public statements on the subject.»As reported before, the PBS decided not to air the discussion, during which the Armenian Genocide is denied. However, the airing of the film is not canceled. The Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) was successful in preventing airing both the film and the discussion in Los-Angeles, where most of the Armenian community live.
