Karabakh Foreign Ministry hosts 20th anniversary reception July 24, 2013 - 13:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A reception on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic was held at the Stepanakert Hotel Complex Europe on Tuesday, July 23. Chairman of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulian, Parliament and Government members, former Foreign Ministers and public representatives of the Republic participated in the event. NKR Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan addressed the participants of the event with a greeting speech. During the reception, a ceremony of handing the FM jubilee memorable medal to a group of Artsakh diplomats and persons, who contributed to the establishment and activity of the NKR Foreign Ministry, took place.
