  Turkish shepherd fired at Russian border guards: FSB August 2, 2013 - 14:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The frontier division of the Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) in Armenia is investigating the incident that took place Wednesday, July 31, at the Armenian-Turkish border. According to preliminary data, shepherd identified as Mustafa Ulker, 35, crossed the Armenian border and fired shots at Russian frontier guards, who returned the fire, ITAR-TASS reports. Meanwhile, according to Anadolu Agency, Ulker, who crossed the border to retrieve a lost sheep, was wounded and later died. Russian troops protect the Armenian borders with Turley and Iran in compliance with the agreement concluded between Moscow and Yerevan in 1992. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
