"I have known ambassador Warlick for a long time. He is one of our most talented and experienced diplomats. As Secretary Kerry said, we are confident he will do a tremendous job in this critical post. His appointment is another indication of the high priority the U.S. places on resolving this conflict,” Mr. Kelly said “I have been honored to serve as the Minsk Group Co-chair on an interim basis, and will continue to do so until Ambassador Warlick assumes his new position in September,” he added.
