Bomb attack stops oil flows thru pipeline linking Iraq to Turkey![]() August 13, 2013 - 13:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A bomb attack stopped oil flows through the Kirkuk-Ceyhan pipeline linking Iraq to Turkey early on Tuesday, Aug 13, Iraqi oil officials said, according to Reuters. The stoppage started at around 0230 GMT (10:30 pm EDT). The pipeline has been repeatedly attacked by militants and has also suffered technical problems. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
