ICRC rep. meets Armenian serviceman’s familyAugust 13, 2013 - 16:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Delegate of the Yerevan Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Dragana Rankovic met with the family of Armenian serviceman Hakob Injighulyan, who has been held captive in Azerbaijan since Aug 8. As it was reported earlier, the soldier’s family members gathered at the ICRC office to call for prompt measures to promote his release.
