Swiss envoy presents credentials to Armenian President

PanARMENIAN.Net - Newly appointed Swiss ambassador Lukas Gasser presented his credentials to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, who congratulated him on the appointment and wished success in his diplomatic mission.

“Armenia attaches great importance to cooperation with friendly Switzerland in all fields and is willing to strengthen bilateral ties,” President Sargsyan said.

The two men hailed the high-level relations between Armenia and Switzerland as well as collaboration within various international institutions.

They also exchanged views on some regional issues.
