ICRC Baku office reps. to meet Armenian captive Hakob Injighulyan![]() August 19, 2013 - 17:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Baku office will meet with the Armenian captive Hakob Injighulyan August 20, 3pm Yerevan time, according to Azerbaijani Defense Ministry spokesman. “There is no problem for the meeting of ICRC representatives with the captive,” Eldar Sabiroghlu told APA. On the night of Aug 8, Injighulyan, born in 1991, failed to find his bearings on the ground and crossed into the Azeri-controlled territory.
