ARMENIAN PRESIDENT ASTONISHED AT "GERMAN WAVE" IMPERFECT POSSESSION OF INFORMATION ON ARMENIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - In an interview to "Deutsche Welle" (German Wave) radio station Armenian president Robert Kocharian expressed astonishment at a journalist say electricity and water mass cessation takes place in Armenia, and while the minimal basket of goods is 35$ the average salary of Armenian citizens makes only 10$. "I got the impression that you confused republics," - Robert Kocharian noted. "Of course, the basic numbers are low. But we accomplished the year 2002 with 12.5% economic growth. Moreover, during the past 3 years 40 thousand workplaces on average were created in the country. And what is important - not the state, but the private business creates them," - the Armenian leader said.
