Foreign investors in Eurobonds to get income tax exemption in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - The government of Armenia introduced amendments to the Law on Income, stipulating for tax exemption for the income received by non-residents through foreign currency investments in Armenian state bonds.

The resolution aims to stimulate non-resident investments into Armenian Eurobonds.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, HSBC Bank plc и J.P.Morgan Securities plc. are among those to act as underwriters for the first emission of Eurobonds.
