Injured Armenian serviceman out of dangerAugust 23, 2013 - 19:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On Friday, August 23, 11:30 am local time soldiers Artur Asoyan and Norayr Petrosyan were found with gunshot wounds at one of Syunik’s combat positions. The servicemen were taken to an Agarak medical center where Petrosyan died from the wound. Artur Asoyan is out of danger. An investigation is under way to clarify the details of the incident. According to earlier media reports, the soldiers were injured in an Azeri shootout with the incident occurring on the border of Armenia and Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. However, Armenian Defense Ministry hasn’t yet confirmed the information.
