  Stepanakert hosts NKR Security Council meeting August 26, 2013 - 16:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan convoked a meeting of the NKR Security Council on Monday, August 26. Issues related to the combat readiness of the Defense Army, organization of combat duty in the armed forces and preparation of celebrations dedicated to the NKR proclamation's 22nd anniversary were discussed during the meeting. In his speech, President Sahakyan stressed the importance of maintaining high the level of the armed forces’ combat readiness as a key task of the Defense Army and state. He further instructed the government and the defense ministry on proper implementation of the planned activities, the Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
