Version 4.0 of the software offers a streamlined design and features faster identification of music, TV shows and adverts. Amazon integration has also been improved, making it easier for users to listen to samples of a song and purchase it via the online retailer. "Android devices come in a huge variety of shapes and sizes, and today's Shazam update delivers a dazzling experience across the range," said Daniel Danker, Shazam's chief product officer.
