ARMENIAN PRESIDENT AND GERMAN FOREIGN MINISTER DISCUSSED KARABAKH SETTLEMENT

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today in Berlin Armenian president Robert Kocharian and German vice Chancellor, minister of foreign affairs Joschka Fischer discussed the problem of settling the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, regional developments in the South Caucasus, as well as the prospects of normalization of relations between Armenia and Turkey within the context of the latter's integration in the European Union. As reported by "Mediamax" agency, during the meeting the parties also considered the Armenian-German relations in the political, trade and economic spheres. In the course of his working visit the Armenian president will meet with the German leader, the federal Chancellor and the Bundestag president.
