U.S. Deputy Secretary of State to visit Russia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Deputy Secretary of State William Burns will arrive to Moscow on Sunday on a two-day visit, according to RIA Novosti.

“He will meet with senior Russian officials to discuss a wide range of global and bilateral issues, including security cooperation and the commitment to deepening the bilateral trade and investment relationship,” the U.S. Department of State said without giving further details of the visit.

Burns worked as the U.S. ambassador in Moscow in 2005-2008.
