Hovnanian School to host annual Art in Fall exhibition

PanARMENIAN.Net - On Nov 16-17, Art in Fall will present its 5th annual art exhibition at the Hovnanian School in New Milford, NJ.

Showcasing the work of more than 30 national and international artists of Armenian descent, the exhibit will feature oil and acrylic paintings, photography, mixed media, and sculpture, The Armenian Weekly reports.

One of the exhibiting artists will be Michael Aram, the renowned designer of high-end tabletop merchandise. Aram will show some of his archived pieces not available for sale in the retail market. All of the artists will donate 40 percent of their sales to the Hovnanian School, a private school offering a tri-lingual curriculum from pre-school to the 8th grade.

Art In Fall was established in 2010 to promote national and international artists of Armenian descent. The venue offers emerging and established artists an opportunity to exhibit and sell their art in a professionally organized setting. The annual event consistently draws hundreds of attendees.

Founded in 1976, the Hovnanian School is a non-profit, non-sectarian, private, co-ed day school accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Classes range from ELC through 8th grade and provide professional multi-lingual instruction in English, Armenian and French. Graduates of the school consistently receive awards for their academic and community achievements during their tenure at the Hovnanian School and in their subsequent high school and university experiences.
