According to the report, the Department of Justice has officially registered the Representation of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic lobbying organization. At that the American sources remark it doesn't mean official recognition of Karabakh independence by the United States, since organization by any name can be registered in the U.S. The lobbying activities in the U.S. are regulated by the law and they are considered to be the forth power, since their aim is to exert influence of the U.S. policy, reported RFE/RL.![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
