Yerevan to host int’l round table on integration processes in CaucasusDecember 14, 2013 - 12:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan will host an international round table covering processes of integration and disintegration in modern Caucasus. The president of the scientific association of Caucasologists Alexander Krylov will open the event hosting scientists and political analysts from Armenia and Russia. The round table participants will discuss the Treaty of Gulistan, Armenia’s choice between the European Union and the Customs Union, peace-building in Europe and Eurasia, development forecast for South Caucasus. At the event, Doctor of History Irina Babich will deliver a report on Armenians in 1920-1940 Political Life of France based on French archive materials. The event will also feature Professor David Hovhannisyan’s report on Recent Developments in Near East and Their Influence on the Security Systems of the South Caucasus States.
