French President to visit Armenia in May 2014

PanARMENIAN.Net - French leader Francois Hollande will visit Armenia in May 2014 at the invitation of President Serzh Sargsyan, Nouvelles d'Arménie said.

Hollande himself confirmed the news at the meeting with the representatives of the co-ordination Council of Armenian Organizations of France (CCAF).

At the meeting, Hollande hailed the CCAF efforts in preservation of Armenian culture, with the Council leadership briefing the President on the project of the national center of remembrance. Preparations for the Armenian Genocide 100th anniversary commemoration events were also discussed.
