Armenian Museum of America presents Forgotten Heroes exhibit

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian Museum presents the opening of an ongoing exhibition Forgotten Heroes: Armenian Legion of World War I on the topic of this unique military unit comprised of volunteers (kamavors).

Drawing from the museum's extensive collection of images, documents and books, the exhibition illustrates the story of the 'Forgotten Heroes' through display of important memorabilia.

Museum Trustee Arakel Almasian and Curator Gary Lind-Sinanian will introduce the exhibition and lead discussion in the Belizikian Gallery.
