Georgian President starts visit to Turkey![]() January 20, 2014 - 14:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili will pay an official visit to Turkey at the invitation of President Abdullah Gul on Jan 20 and 21, the state-run Anadolu news agency reported. Margvelashvili's visit will be the 8th official presidential visit in the past 7 years, the press office of Turkish Presidency said in a statement. According to Trend, the Georgian president will visit the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and give a joint press conference with Gul. He will also meet with the representatives of Georgian diaspora in Turkey. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
