He noted that Azerbaijan as a regional state and the U.S. as great power show interest in any event in the region. In this view the Azerbaijani and U.S. Presidents will present their position on energy and security issues in the region. "The U.S. is one of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs. We hope that the United States will increase pressure on the Armenian government and maintain the intensity of talks within international legal norms and make Armenia take a constructive position on the issue," Ali Hasanov underscored.Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
