  Armenian FM Left for Nagorno Karabakh Republic on Two-Day VisitApril 27, 2006 - 16:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian left for the Nagorno Karabakh Republic on two-day visit, reports the Press Service of the MFA of Armenia. During the visit the Foreign Minister of Armenia is scheduled to meet with NKR President Arkady Ghoukassian, the NKR Parliament Speaker and Prime Minister, as well as FM in Stepanakert.
